i have no problem saying that AT&T is retarded. AT&T's service in shelton is less than great.
however, the Apple product, the iPhone is phenomenal. 95% customer satisfaction? unheard of in the business... what was Vista's customer satisfaction rating?
one million iPhone users in 10 weeks... how's the Zune "iPod killer" doing?
